An introduction paragraph is a crucial part of any essay. It introduces the subject or issue your essay will tackle and motivates your position on it.
Upgrade components
Upgrade components can be added to weapons, armors trinkets, tools for gathering and weapons. They provide an extra benefit or impact while the equipment is being used. They can be purchased from vendors or players looted, or gotten as rewards, or made by crafting materials. Upgrade items can have cosmetic effects in addition to providing attribute bonuses.
Upgrade components include inscriptions, enhancements and infusions. They aren't generally accessible to the general public and can only be used on ascended equipment or certain weapons that aren't ascended from the Factions Campaign. Infusions, inscriptions, as well as enrichments can be recovered from equipment with an Infusion Extraction Device, or saved using a Black Lion Salvage Kit or Ascended Salvage Tool.
Phoenix Boxes unlike other upgrade items, can be traded and re-used while still attached to an item that is being upgraded. These upgrade items can be used to increase the quality of armor and weapons without spending Dilithium. They can increase the likelihood that an item will be upgraded to a top quality upgrade.
A component that is upgraded within an item can be replaced with a different one, but doing so destroys the original (except for upgrades to ascended equipment and legendaries). Only upgraded item upgrader that have an identification level of 0 or greater can be upgraded with upgrade components incorporated into them. If you add an upgrade to the weapon already equipped with a suffix or prefix upgrade, the item will be referred to as it would appear on the game screen (for example adding a Radiant insignia to Canthan Armor creates Canthan Armor Minor Vigor). A player can have up to 3 upgrade items at once.
Glyphs
Glyphs are an excellent addition to any product, since they provide a variety of unique advantages and boosts. Certain glyphs increase the number of affixes an item has, thereby increasing its effectiveness. These glyphs can be obtained through completing dungeons. Some can even be located in specific World Tier 3 zones. However, it's important to remember that glyphs are not available on a character who hasn't created an dungeon with a root of the same depth.
To use a Glyph you first need to create it using components and then connect them via anchors. Then, item upgrades will automatically align itself to other components and paths within the same layer. If you don't wish to create the glyph using components, you can use a combination of paths and anchors. Drag an element near a component highlighted to hold it into the right spot.
Certain glyphs require certain conditions to meet, such as having 25 Dexterity or more in a particular area on the Paragon Board. item upgrading require a specific number of Primary Stat Nodes to be activated, which may be a bit difficult to achieve. Some glyphs have a radius that increases as you move up.
Glyphs can be applied to many different weapons and items, with the exception for those of a specific class. Certain glyphs come with additional requirements, for example an amount of Dexterity damage or attack damage in a particular portion of the Paragon board.
The Defend Glyph has an 5% chance to deflect attacks from enemies. It also has a chance of 15% to render the Hero vulnerable for two turns.
There are also a handful of glyphs that can be added to limited-use tools, such as the Black Lion Chest or Trading Post. These glyphs can count towards the Combat Mechanic achievement.
The most common glyphs are the attack glyphs which increase the ATK substats of Artifacts by a flat amount. These glyphs are especially beneficial for classes that employ weapons that are ranged, like Warriors or Rogues. The Exploit Glyph can make enemies who strike the Hero vulnerable to damage.
Reroll tokens
Reroll tokens are used to reroll results that are rolled during an Action. They are discarded when the reroll occurs. Reroll tokens can be obtained in several ways, including through the dungeons, raids, and skirmishes. You can also purchase them at the shop or from other players. They are especially useful in dungeons or trials, since they allow players to roll rewards from the bottom of the chest.
Recycle point values are provided for items that are at level 1. The upgrade gauge will grow by a certain amount of points when you recycle an item. This number is determined by the rarity of the item and its level. The upgraded item also will not keep its level when it is rerolled, and the cost of recycling an upgraded item rises as its level increases.

Alternatively, a player can use reroll tokens to reroll an upgrade item however this will not return the item to its original condition or provide its original extra stats. This is useful for players who wish to reroll a piece of equipment they don't like but want to keep in their collection.
There are three different types of upgrade tokens in the game: reroll, random and upgrade. Each type has several subtypes. Reroll tokens, for example are available in three categories: rare, legendary and enhanced. Each requires an item from the appropriate level to create the new item with the same quality.
To use rerolling tokens choose "Reroll Token" by right-clicking on the Satanic or Angelic items in your inventory. Select the type of token. The available tokens include Item, Weapons, Misc, 1hguns, 2hguns and Focus. The Item token can be used to create a brand new Item in any quality. Making use of the Weapon or Misc token will produce a new weapon from the same faction.
The item can also be upgraded to a new item that has the same stats but is at a higher level. This will occur if the item been placed in the Non-Droppable Pool or was transferred to it as part of a franchise card.
